Typically Artists Acrylic Enamel is water based.
I ordered dry transfer letters, to include radio words, from Antique
Electronics.
It has been some number of years ago, but they most likely still have them.
I have been able to get others such as black from a local Art Supply store.
Once upon a time, Radio Shack also had them.
One of the times I went to HRO, they too had them.
