[R-390] R-390A Power Supply

Bob,

It really is only a bit of rust on the top. So it may well be good.

I've got another one on its way from another list member.

The terminals are allk clean and look good under the chassis/terminal 
strip area.

I may just check it for bad readings with a VTVM. Who knows? It may 
really be in good shape!
