[R-390] How to identify pto

Felipe,
Does the extent of the slipping vary with the speed with which you turn
the tuning knob? If I tune my rapidly -- like going from one end of the
band to another -- it will slip. I first thought it was in the PTO, but
it still happened after I installed a different PTO. It seems to be
somewhere in the gear train.
Unfortunately, I haven't taken the time to go through the gear train yet.
