[R-390] How to identify pto

That would be a "wild guess".  One would have to see the front of the 
PTO and *see* if the linearity hole is there.

That needs a frontal view as I previously commented.

I know what a Cosmos is like, as that is precisely what I have here.  
One cannot draw an accurate decision by looking at "missing" labels.
