Can anyone tell me what the full scale value of the meter is?

I have a dead one, and would like to replace it with one that may not 
necessarily be a perfect match, but would serve the function of the 
original.

The SP-600 that I have is a J-11.  There is NO "X".  This is the 
Northern Radio variant which was contracted by the Navy in 1951.
