[R-390] FS: R-390A PTO for Parts of Repair

I don't know what manufacturer made this because the outer can is missing.  The
heating element is also missing but it would appear that the rest of it is
there.  The IF can on the sub-chassis is also there.  I do not know why this PTO
was disassembled as it is and if it had problems, etc.  I got it in this state.
 So I am listing it as it is.
