[R-390] UNKNOWN COLLINS PTO ???

I came across a pto (that I believe goes to a piece of Collins equipment)
I checked the Collins pto guide online and it doesn't list this model.
it looks exactly the same as the pto found in the R-390A accept for the following.
 
1. the power connector is on a cable (instead of the connector being mounted to the rear mounting bracket)
2. the power connector is a 7 pin instead of 9
3. signal connector is a standard size straight bnc type (instead of a mini 90 deg.)
4. the front and rear mounting brackets are shapped slightly different
 
it is a cosmos and the model number is 136\283
 
does anyone know what set it goes to ?
