[R-390] Who Wanted an R390A Power Supply

I have a few spares but they are all working. If and when I get one with a
bad transformer I will try to build a switching supply with all of the
regulation and filtering inside of the transformer case. Until then I have
no plans on gutting a perfectly good one.
