[R-390] The dreaded C-553

Hi

What's the voltage rating on the cap?
What's the dielectric material?
Can you even tell it's the right value?

Other than the *very* dramatic impact a short has, the capacitor is a non-critical part. If it's a >=0.01uf / >= 1 KV /  X7R I'd leave it where it is. If it's a 200V part / a Z5U / a banged up junk box relic / I'd  replace it.
