[R-390] Late? EAC R-390A questions SN 87XX

I have an EAC that does not have the alignment tool rack on the rear panel. The four holes are present but there is no evidence that a rack was ever installed, no marks or other evidence such as compression marks from the rivets. Has anyone on the list found another lacking the rack?
This receiver has all EAC modules and black tube shields. No evidence that it ever went through a depot level repair, no sign of the modules ever being removed. Only evidence of it being rack or cabinet mounted are scuffs around a couple of mounting holes, the others were not used... Only wish it could talk...
Haven't powered it up...yet..

I do need the small AC power cover for the rear if anyone has one.
