[R-390] Varying gain

Just a thought.  Same reason I asked for a double check on me.

Have DSSC wound coils here also.

Have dealt with litz wire.  Also the copper in headphones that is flat 
and wound with paper/cloth.

Apologies!  even litz wire can be mistaken.  Whom hasn't?  Have coils 
from '30s and '40s, certainly prior to R-390/R-390A.
