[R-390] FS: R-390A Parts PTO Likely made by Progressitron

I have a parts PTO for sale.  Is missing the outer cover, heating element and
 vacuum tube.

I believe it was made by Progressitron.  I removed the outer cover and the
WARNING DO NOT OPEN decal is black on white which is similar to the outer label
on my known Progressitron PTO.

Asking  $20.00 plus postage
