[R-390] R-388

Both 388 and j-3 have the same antenna input - with antenna tuning cap. 
However R-388/j-3 are different than the J/J-2 -as the J/J-2 have
differential inputs with no antenna tuning cap.

It's been many years since I had an R-388.  I did think though that the
antenna input circuit was different from the 51J-3.
