[R-390] [R390A] Looking for S102

Does anyone have a S102 (Function) switch I may purchase?  I am working on a 390A and the contact that provides B+ to the calibrate oscillator has broken off.  I don't see how I can repair it.

Also, if anyone has a picture of the rear of S102, or can tell me where one might be, I would greatly appreciate seeing one.  I would like to verify with a photo.
