Subject: [R-390] Mystery aircraft
I can say with confidence that the aircraft is not a B-17G. We have one in
the vergreen Air and Space Museum and I have spent considerable time in the
"radio oom". I suppose it could be a B-24 or possibly a B-29. I have never
seen the adio compartment in those aircraft.
I hope someone can solve this mystery.
Roger, W7KVT
