[R-390] Wire harness <Update>

Just an update I was able to ring out the two wires in question, it was
a simple task and only took me 5 minutes. I probably spent an hour
staring at the schematics to find the necessary points to identify my wires.

Anyways it was getting late so I jacked some headphones in and "J-S'ed"
a wire over to the work bench and I was able to hear the local Northeast
gang on 3.875. I was pleased to see that the dial was indicated 3.8765.
Being a very unscientific test I would say the receiver is working OK
and isn't a complete lost cause.

One issue noted on my test was the carrier level meter sits in the
resting position when powered down. When the receiver is turned on the
needle slowly climbs to full scale deflection. Adjusting the RF gain
knob doesn't seem to make a difference.
