[R-390] A and Non-A improvements

There are a number of simple and inexpensive improvements that can be made to both receivers.

Since there is and individual on this list who repeatedly gets away with the list civility rule both mocking me and reaming my butt because of a technical disagreement, I won’t post this info on the reflector.

This is the same type of verbal abuse that led to the leaving of the list two of the most gifted and prolific technical contributors:  Dr. Jerry and Dallas Lankford.
