[R-390] Proper Ant Connection for an R-390a

My R-390a restoration is complete and working great!

I'm sure I'll have many questions. One that I have immediately is how
should a typical ham antenna be connected to the receiver? In my case, it's
an 80M loop fed with balanced line into a 4:1 balun then to 50 ohm coax.
The impedance at the coax receiver connection is 50 ohms.

Presently I have it connected to the balanced connector and it seems to be
working great. Do I need to apply this mod to the antenna connection?
