Yep, should be half-mesh with the knob straight up. That way 90 degrees left is
full open (or full closed, doesn't matter), and 90 degrees right is full closed
(or full open). This way, the scale covers the whole trim range.
In use, you should see two peaks, one on-scale above the horizontal axis,
the other the same amount below the horizontal axis and on the same side of
the vertical axis. That's a way to check for correct knob position without
inspecting the capacitor.
