[R-390] BC342N Crystal phasing knob

I know this is not for a R390A. I have one of those, a 67 EAC (it was
Dallas Lankford's spare and it is near perfect as you can imagine) and also
a R392.
However, I know a lot of the subscribers here have other military radios as
well.
I am restoring a BC342n and it is missing the "Crystal Phasing" knob and
fiber shaft for it and the "Phones 2nd Audio" & "Phones 1st audio" spring
jack covers.
Anyone with help for these parts would be appreciated.

Locklear sent me a free copy of the last printing. He contributed to the
book.
