[R-390] CV-591A/URR SSB convertor

The way the 6AQ5 runs so hot in the CV-591
I  think it would be a good candidate for one of
those black IERC heat  dissipating tube shields.
The kind with the small fingers that grip  the
glass envelope. Perhaps a hi-fi supplier makes a
finned heat  dissipater  that would work even better?
