Yep!
It can also be replaced with a 49 ohm 1% 10W resistor.
That had already been done in the '67 EAC I procured.
However, I was able to obtain several 3TF7s as part of a couple of
complete tube replacements I obtained from a local Amateur Radio Operator.
Either one works, as well as the 12V filament tube, whose designation
eludes me at the moment.
