[R-390] Sticking Carrier Meter update...

Good afternoon list,

I was unsuccessful in trying to repair my meter. I opened it up and took one look at the meter movement and closed it up again! I just don't have the expertise to even try and have a go at it...everything in there is too small and delicate for me to go fumbling around in there so I thought it best to leave it alone.

So I'd like to put a call out on the list if I may to anyone that may have a carrier meter in their spares box please get in touch, I'd really appreciate it.

If I'm lucky enough to find a replacement (original) meter I'll offer mine to the list...possibly someone here has the capabilities to repair it or knows someone that does.
