There is a secondary location for these docs.

As soon as this gets jockeyed around, the location and how to get them 
will be posted.

I apologize, but this is some weird quirk when working with an unknown 
version of UNIX on the other end.

Any time you deal with UNIX, EVERYTHING becomes a case sensitive thing.

Windows systems don't care.

The problem will be resolved as soon as it can.
