[R-390] HSN Docs

I can use my Email software, right click on each of them and save link 
to any desired location.

I am using Thunderbird.

I cannot cause a failure, nor can I get a corrupt document.

So can someone tell me what is going on?

We are going to try this again.

I have downloaded ALL of them into an entirely separate directory, and I 
can indeed open them.
