[R-390] Power Supply Module caps

I did this at least three different times over a period of time.

Since the particular R-390A happens to be a "Blue-Striper", I have more 
than enough to do than to spend the extra time to prove that I can do 
this again.

I've got to move modules from the original chassis, it has the finger 
stock corroded off, and move it into a different chassis.

There is a LOT more care required to get this radio back up to snuff.

So I'll pass on spending my efforts in re-stuffing those caps!

(It is not my first dance.)
