[R-390] Docs

To the R-390 list,

I'm trying to fill a temporary gap in availability.  I only wish that I 
could indeed become a site with server(s) that could host the entire 
R-390/R-390A and test pieces.

However, I am but one single person, retired old Sr. NCO.

I no longer have the resources to afford such.

I simply am quite happy to make available what I can.

Enjoy!  I'll continue as much as things allow.

I do indeed share resources as I can.  I also had put on my site the 
documentation for the HP-3336B Frequency Synthesizer.

I did this when someone asked, "Where can I get these?".

If indeed this is material that is needed by this list, I can and will 
put them up for download.

I do have a limit to the storage available.  However, Ill share it with 
the list, and other docs as I can.

Bear with me, and I'll do all that I can.
