[R-390] AN/URM-25D Repair Info - More

The Dallas Lankford information used to be available at this site 
http://www.kongsfjord.no/dl/dl.htm but it doesn't seem to be active any 
more.  Too bad, there was valuable information there.  Maybe someone 
knows if it has moved elsewhere.
