That's a super idea! Much like the original spring -- you only have to bend loops on each end. (Only one spring is to be found on the oldham coupler, BTW.)

I just pulled a 390 I've had for a few years out of retirement and adjusted the end points and found that the springs on the Oldham coupler are missing. Does anyone have any spares or can anyone point me toward good substitutes for the real thing? Thanks,
