[R-390] BA Resistor Replacement Kits

I’m putting together complete small resister replacement kits for the “A” and the SP 600 (using the JX-17 list).  About 90 percent are Vishay 3/4 -1 W 1% metal film.  Some values had to be made by paralleling 2 1/2W 1% metal film resistors.  A few other values are the nearest  available EIA value but still are still closer than +/- 5 percent of the replaced resistor.   Several values over 510K are only available in Xcion 1W Carbon Film 5% resistors.
