[R-390] GR 1001-A Signal Generator retry with details

One nice feature of those generators is a separate 2V output that can be switched in.  You can hang your frequency counter off that and, by switching the output to the 2V setting, monitor your counter while changing frequencies.  When you get it set, then switch back to the normal output.  It keeps counter noise out of the output signal.

One other thing to note is the output impedence changes between 10 ohms and 50 ohms depending on the output attenuater's setting.  I made a smal 50:1l matching box for this if anyone needs it.
