Just what does “unwarranted” mean?

Any member of the list has the perfect right to politely state a technical opinion on this list, even if it turns out to be inaccurate without being personally denigrated. 

Your response to my posting was shocking to me as you have given great advice to the list over the years in a very positive way.

I believe you owe me a public apology for the manner of your reply.
