Yep.

Cram all bodies that fit into escape compartment/hatch.

Flood chamber, open outer hatch, crawl out with a full load of combat 
gear.  Run either SCUBA or rebreather.  Depends on mission.  Wait for 
rest of team.  They have to do what you just did.

Regroup and start toward destination, either directly by swimming - OR - 
take Zodiac/RIB to get close enough to make stealth approach.
