[R-390] Help in Northern California/Oregon

I have a ham friend in Smith River, California (near the Oregon border)
with a non-working R-390A that he would like to get on the air.  I do
not have the time to fix it on my bench right now and am too far away to
help him on his bench.

 

Is there anyone on the list that lives nearby and could give him a hand?
