Are you talking about the ebay user sigmapert ?
If so his items are excellent.
I've bought several 3TF7 and C603+C606 kits from him.
Also have bought solid-state replacements for the tubes in the power supply and antenna balun
The parts are very well made and work great.
I live in California and the shipping was fast
