Congratluations to Dan Martin who heard Cupid Radio from his QTH in
Winchester, VA !
In communication with my friends in the SWBC DX hobby, That signal did
not make it much further west that KY or OH. It may have been only
about 15 watts and originated in the Netherlands. In my case, the R390A
recovered audio head and shoulders over my Perseus and Yaesu FTDX-5000.
If you want a short recording, drop me a note off list and I'll be glad
to forward about a 3 minute .mp3.
There will most likely be an encore of EuroPirates this evening (say....
2100 +). Watch 6300.0 +- 50KC and 6925.0 - 6990.0 for activity.

Hi, Chuck.
Just now at 2250Z I could barely zero beat an AM carrier at 6.300 and
very faintly hear music on my '67 EAC with a 90 foot inverted vee, 45
feet vertical and 45 horizontal, through a good L-network tuner, with
the horizontal most east and west Could not get any details or an ID.
Have to admit I'd probably have tuned past it if not for your posting,
but there was an AM signal and western music there. Maybe Cupid Radio.
Maybe not.
Good to see you posting again.
