If you have a >good< antenna that works on 6 mHz, check and see if you 
can heard 6300.0 M.  Thats the Europirate "Cupid Radio."  Its 2240Z, I'm 
hearing them well enough to get an ID.

Its probably not more than 15 watts out of the UK.

If you hear it on your R390A, let us know.  The guys much more west of 
say..... OH aren't hearing it on their kilo-buck radios.
