[R-390] R-390A gear train cleaning

Then they will feel like a Racal gear train!!  :)

Just kidding Roger!.  It does work well.  Take a while but all those 
small hangs add up.

Just got my Racal RA1217 working....not near as many gears as my 390A 
but man is it nice work!
