This particular topic regarding the "value" that someone has determined 
is what they will ask for an item, comes up regularly.

Then another party comes along and begins to put them down over the 
number being asked.

1) It is completely up to the owner to place what "value" they feel it 
is worth.

2) Someone else trying to determine this "value" is totally their OPINION.

3) The real solution will only be determined - *IF* there is a buyer 
willing to pay that.

If the value is placed too high, then there will be NO buyer.

The market will come in to play, without outside commentary.  It will 
ultimately go for what someone is willing to pay, not based on "comments".
