They have some of the most stringent HOAs and covenants in Northern VA.

Those neighborhood "thugs" go ape if you even put a very small American flag
on your mailbox, and heaven forbid if you don't follow "their" 
color scheme on what IS allowed!

I KNOW they don't "allow" antennas!
