[R-390] August 'Pearls'

I agree - something funky and mysterious was going on with the
'capacitors' file on the R-390A.net "Pearls" web site.

I checked the web site's 'capacitors' file from my browser
(Chrome/Linux) and got a load error.

The file was fine on the source end (my computer) that it was uploaded from.

I could also open and view it directly on the server directory at my
hosting service provider, so the file was intact and usable up to that
point.

If I right-click and did a 'save as...' - the file downloaded was also
perfectly usable.

As a last resort, I re-uploaded the file to my hosting provider and
cleared my browser cache and now everything works fine.

Let me know if anything else is amiss - I checked all the links and they
all load fine for me.
