[R-390] MFP Problem

IAW MIL-HDBK-454B (General Guidelines for Electronic Equipment) page 
4-3 MFP is Moisture Fungus Proofing.

It took a little work with my buddy Google to find this.

This handbook is guidelines only, but, does contain a lot of common 
sense information.
Kinda a rule book for our new engineers.
Just a reminder for us old timers.
