Pete,
I'll bet you'll find that the nicotine really preserved things pretty well, 
WHEN you get it all melted off with a cleaner, hi.  I would suggest that you 
go to the dollar store near you and buy some of the cheapest fabric softener 
sheets and throw a BUNCH of them in the bag with the R-390A.  Change those 
sheets out every few days with a new BUNCH and they will absorb a lot of the 
smell.  The brown will still be there, but it will clean up with 409 or 
other cleaners.  I am amazed at how those cheap fabric softener sheets 
absorb the smell and leave a much pleasanter odor, hi.
