This is a Collins R390A which I have owned since about 1992.  The unit operates on all bands very well.  It has had no restoration effort since it was gone through by Milspec Communications in 1992.  The panel is the non-engraved version and shows quite well.  Let it be noted that there are some touch-ups performed by me years ago to cover some scratches which were there when I purchased the unit.  The megacycle and kilocycle change mechanism is smooth and non-binding.  Comes with top and bottom covers as well.  All tube pins have been cleaned and wiped with 100% De-Oxit.  A very nice unit for $625 plus shipping.  A manual can be purchased separately for $25.  This is the full Army Depot manual.  A great resource.  I also have mil-spec 600 ohm to 8 ohm output transformers for $15 each to put between the radio and an 8-ohm speaker J

Shipping will be $75 for the radio and $35 for the power supply and audio deck module by way of Fedex Ground insured.  The radio will come packed in a 2 foot cube box wrapped in foam and kraft paper then wrapped again in 6’ or more of bubble wrap.  In the event any unit is damaged we will proceed with the insurance claim process and you will receive a refund payment AFTER I receive back my damaged goods.  This avoids unscrupulous individuals who say they received a damaged good both physically and electrically and want their money back and hope you tell them to keep the merchandise since it’s damaged.  But alas in the end you find out later when the merchandise comes back to you it performed well electrically but it only needed some small repair to cover the physical damage sustained by the shipping gorillas.  I know…it has happened to me.  Pics available on request.
