The unit on the right in the spray kit inset is a small glass bottle with a replaceable CO2 replaceable container mounted on top that has a spray head.  Both the complete units and just the CO2 cartridges are available at auto body supply stores (WESCO in the Puget Sound Area).  I've used them to spray color custom matched automotive finish paint on radio cabs.  The bottles are reuseable and are good for spraying paints that only come in cans.
