[R-390] Update to 3 Mc issue with R390A

Haha...Indeed!

I bought all four of mine from Andy (also a member of the list) about three or four years ago.
When each of them arrived I felt like a kid in a toy shop...I was ecstatic.
Two of them were minus the meters but luckily I found some on ebay. My grand design is to fully restore all four and have them mounted in a rack.
So I better get off my butt and make it happen!
