FYI, I saw one at Harbor Freight a couple of weeks ago. They have two sizes. 
500 Lb capacity (# 94822) for $160.00 and 1,000 Lb one (93116)  for $220.00. 
I purchased their their 1100 Lb hoist for $140.00.
