[R-390] Update to 3 Mc issue with R390A

Ken,
I had the same problem with an "A" , but on all frequencies. It turned out to be a resistor at the PTO tube socket that had broken into 2 pieces and made contact untill it warmed up a bit. Sorry but I don't have my schematic or notes with me to identify it.
