[R-390] New Member, Robert Sisco

We have a new member, Robert Sisco K5LYT who did a fairly painless revival
of an R-390A that was sitting on the floor for a couple of years. He sent me
an email as an introduction. He is sort of holding back to find out what the
list is like. I am certain that he has questions on how to fully restore his
receiver.

Can't be as bad as a St. Johns blue striper but probably is not one that has
gone through a complete restoration. We may want to talk with him about
killer caps, filters, mechanical cleaning, IF alignment, etc...
