[R-390] Tisha AKA Processchick62

If so, no one to blame but myself.  Then again Tisha wasn't asking a "real" 
question.  In case you did not know, what she sent was a copy of a fake 
audiophool question sent to an Ebay seller with a crazy listing for a pair of 
"Matched" ballast tubes.  Many list persons were poking fun at it.  If I have 
offended Tisha, I respectfully submit my humble apology to her here and now.
